During the class you may prepare traditional dishes such as:

• Fresh fish with African spinach

• Fish with Cassava (lengalega)

• Pap (traditional maize meal)

• Sweet potatoes

• Seasonal vegetables

• Traditional sauces and spices

• Fat cakes with Namibian Salad (Salsa)

• Namibian Braai (Barbecue)
